With the uncertainty of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), right now is a difficult time for everyone. As the community’s health is our top priority, we have implemented new changes to help protect our patients and staff and to minimize the risk of infection.
Effective immediately, if you are unwell and need to see a doctor, you must follow the process below.
We would prefer you to make your appointment online, however you can also call the practice if you do not have access to the online booking system.
BOOKING ONLINE:
- When booking online, you will have the option to choose a telehealth or face-to-face appointment.
- For a telehealth appointment the doctor will advise if a further face-to-face appointment is required. If so, an appointment will be made.
- Please DO NOT communicate to the Doctors via email. Our Doctors strive to provide the highest level of health care to you, so a dedicated appointment is required to achieve this.

COVID-19 CLINICS:
NSW Health is urging anyone feeling unwell, even with the mildest of symptoms to self-isolate from others and come forward for COVID-19 testing. Symptoms inclu​de fever, cough, sore/scratchy throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell. To get tested, click here

PRESCRIPTIONS:
As part of your appointment, the Doctor will discuss the process of obtaining a prescription, if necessary. Please also refer to Ozdoc website, or call the practice for further guidance.
